The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. This lake front home will make you want to stay forever! Nestled on over 3 wooded acres at the end of a private drive, at the waters edge of Silver Lake, you can enjoy gorgeous lake views, stunning sunsets, sandy bottom swimming, and the ability to take a boat ride to Saugatuck and out to Lake Michigan. Everyone in your group will find space to both socialize and in this stylishly renovated lake home and coach house. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck for restaurants and shopping.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Bedrooms have 1 queen bed, and one has a full bottom/twin top bunk bed. Shower/tub combo full bath.

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes an 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.
