This is a one bedroom guest unit that is inside of our modern loft listing. We have a guest suite on either side of the house that can be booked separately in this listing. It’s set up like a luxury hotel suite. It has a private bed and bath with a private entrance. This unit is separated from the rest of the house by communicating doors similar to what you see between adjoining hotel rooms. The dividing walls are 8” thick and soundproofed.
