The apartment is located near the Zeljeznicar stadium in a quiet part of Sarajevo that has a lot of content. Cafes, restaurants, fast food, supermarket, bakeries. The famous Vilson Promenade along the Miljacka River is a few minutes walk away, and you can walk to the Center of Sarajevo in about 30 minutes. Near the apartment you have a bus, tram and trolley bus stop, as well as taxi stands. You have 4 stops to the Center and another 4 to Bascarsija. A public parking is in front of the building.

The house has 320 m2, the garden 550 m2 and the terrace is 25 m2. Parking is for 2 vehicles: the garage is big enough for the biggest vehicle and one extra free parking space is available.
