Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

Dit sfeervolle guesthouse is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Tegenover het Natura 2000 gebied Solleveld en de watertoren ligt het huis van Leo en Marloes. Het appartement (50m2) is onder het huis en bereikbaar via eigen ingang en lift. Het heeft een comfortabele woonkamer, slaapkamer (2 persoonsbed), keuken en badkamer met ruime douche. Voorzien van alle benodigdheden en gedecoreerd met unieke strandvondsten van 'de Zandmotor' Met de beschikbare fietsen is het strand op 5 min afstand. De prijs is inclusief toeristenbelasting, exclusief 17% Airbnb.

Always wanted to sleep during class? The Old School is there for you. We offer a Bed & Breakfast apartment in a former school building (build in 1900) in Schiedam. The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for three people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential area with free parking and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Schiedam. Rotterdam is 20 min. by public transportation. Breakfast on request 10 euro p.p.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cosy barnhouse surrounded with nature!

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

On this authentic boat you can live like a Rotterdammer, on a fantastic location right in the center of the city. The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship. It has a private entrance, kitchen, a deck terrace and a fantastic view. The boat has three levels, there is a salon, a bedroom and bathroom below and a roof terrace on the top deck. You can reach the boat by an easy gangway.
