Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unsere Ferienbungalows B1 und B2 liegen auf einem großen, ruhigen Grundstück am Ufer der Müggelspree. Beide sind hinsichtlich Grundriss und Ausstattung identisch und erfüllen überdurchschnittlich hohe Ansprüche. Sie sind per PKW und ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Viele Parkgelegenheiten auf dem Grundstück. Div. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Für Entspannung und Sport können Gartenmöbel, Spielgeräte, Bikes und Paddelboote kostenlos genutzt werden. Und die Berliner City ist ganz nahe!

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
