Rubislaw B&B Double, Cheviot View airy attic suite

The picturesque village of Town Yetholm is an ideal base to explore the Borders: 200m from St Cuthberts Way; 1km from the Pennine Way; 24 miles from Lindesfarne. Rubislaw rooms have coffee & tea facilities, hair dryer, TV, wifi, gardens, deck & outdoor seating. Rooms have double beds, but an additional single bed or cot can be added on request. If you require 2 rooms our Garden View room may be available. We provide a generous continental breakfast, but we do not have self catering facilities.

The Courtyard Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

Located at West Edinburgh, it's very close to the Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and the Edinburgh Airport. The tram is only 8min walk. It comes every 7min and can take you to City Centre, to Leith area and to the Airport. The room has king size bed and is ideal for couples and professionals. The house can offer breakfast, coffee and tea. Free parking on street. No pets please. No smoking in house.

The Mill, formerly the sawmill for Borthwick Hall, is a charming property built in the 1800s. The conversion of the building was completed in 2003 and is now a wonderful family home. My husband, Steve, and I moved up to Scotland from London in December 2017 and absolutely love it up here. With lovely people and beautiful open spaces, it’s the perfect place for us to relax and raise our kids. We love having friends and family visit and look forward to offering our space to guests as well.

Stow station is five minutes drive away with regular trains to Edinburgh. A wonderful place from which to explore the capital or discover the stunning borders countryside.

This listing is for a double room (with a king size bed) and a twin room with spacious bathroom in an area separated by a door from the rest of the house. If only one room is booked, rest assured that we won't let out the second bedroom so you will have the space to yourselves

Tucked away just 300m from Paxton House, Dene Cottage has 1 double room with luxury bath / shower room in a rustic fairytale setting with woodland walks along the river Tweed. There is ample parking for bikes or car. A single room is available, listed separately and is not let, unless agreed, when the double room is taken. If both rooms are booked the cost of the single is reduced. This is a ‘b&b’ not a self catering property but good breakfast is included.

A cosy cottage bedroom at Larriston Farm - a mid 19th century farm steading around a cobbled courtyard. We're 20 minutes' drive from Kielder and the observatory, and Newcastleton, in a very rural setting amongst fields, woods, hills and rivers. Dogs welcome. We offer a continental breakfast, and you're welcome to use the kitchen to cook a light evening meal. We have two double rooms - check our other listing too if there's more than two of you.
