The accommodation is wonderfully light & spacious with an open plan kitchen dining that opens directly into and enclosed garden with patio area, wood fired hot tub, charcoal BBQ, dining area with views over the rolling hills. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 can be superking doubles or twins, 1 king double and 1 twin. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and a shower room downstairs.

Kelso, a charming market town with Floors castle, Kelso Abbey - 4 miles. This year an inside Padel court has been built in the shed and booking is essential. Luxury 3 bedroom lodge located in the beautiful adylic country side Northumberland has to offer. Lodge has a private hot tub, parking, wifi, TVs... everthing you'd want and more for a home away from home. We also welome dogs. Serenity Lodge is set in 48 acres of woodland, and has a small lake to the rear of the cabin. This gives you plenty space to walk and explore. If nature isnt your thing then there is some lovely pubs and restaurants in the area for you to enjoy.

Built from scratch by none other than the owners themselves, the dog-friendly Tweedenburn Shepherd's Hut is more than just a labour of love; it’s also a completely off-grid hut powered by solar panels and in an excellent spot for exploring the Scottish Borders. When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. All utensils provided.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.

The Yair is a perfect base from which to explore everything that this part of Scotland has to offer. The cottage is situated on the Southern Upland walk a cycle route and there are published mountain biking trails a stones throw away.
