Létesítmények fürdőszobákkal, zuhanyzókkal, konyhával és szárítóhelyiséggel a főépületben (1 perc sétára a harangsátraktól). A Glentress-erdő lábánál található, nagyszerű hozzáférést biztosít a hegyi kerékpárutakhoz és a gyalogos útvonalakhoz. Kávézó és MTB üzlet a szomszédban. 5 perc autóútra Peebles-től, ahol számos helyi üzlet és étterem található.
