NEW LISTING! A slice of heaven directly on the Delaware Bay beach, our cottage is a nature-lover’s dream, a funky, 1960s-era fisherman’s cottage with unique art and decor that celebrates the sea. Bald eagles, songbirds, waterfowl, and horseshoe crabs are our nosiest neighbors. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, comfy spaces to read, work, create. Outdoor amenities include a spacious shower and bayfront fire pit. Close to area beaches and historic sights, but far enough away to be a peaceful home base.

Close to the beach and the bay on the south end

The condo is the bottom floor of a duplex and my wife and I live in the upstairs unit. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 houses from the bay where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The property is located on the South end of the island so it’s just a short uber ride to Avalon and Stone Harbor, or short Jitney ride to the center of town in Sea Isle. There are also a couple restaurants including Hanks and Sole, new bakery Shorebreak, small grocery and an ice cream parlor within a few blocks.

The Seaside Cottage

This unique gem is located in the heart of Townsend Inlet. Just one block away, you have access to public bathrooms, a pavilion and playground for you to enjoy during your beach visits. We are also located just a short walking distance from popular spots like Hank’s Sauce, Sunset Pier, The Dunes, Scoops, Shore Break cafe, shops and so much more! Built in the early 1900’s, our Seaside Cottage has plenty of character! From our large yard and spacious home there’s plenty to enjoy for all!
