Small town coastal vibes. It’s only 3 blocks to the pier and 9 blocks to the marina. We have plenty of room to park & wash boats on our two concrete drives w/ a hose. Our Internet is 100x100 and there are 3 TVs ready to stream. The deck looks right at San Antonio Bay and a tree shades it in the afternoon.

The small waterfront cabin is on an elevated point overlooking beautiful Matagorda Bay and has its own private, lighted fishing pier. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Drum, crabs and other saltwater fish are abundant around the pier. Dolphins, birds and other sea creatures are everywhere. Ocean going ships navigate the ship channel. Salt air, ocean breezes, gentle waves and star filled nights are the ultimate stress reliever.

Las Casitas on Magnolia Beach is a Chalet style Duplex that holds two different Casitas that our guest can rent individually or together (if both are available). They have two separate listings to identify them for renting purposes, Casita A and Casita B. This listing is to rent Casita A. Casita A is a 2 bedroom Condo with amazing views and access to a lighted fishing pier.
