The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

A shepherd’s hut in the garden can be hired separately (when available) for 2 more people, so we can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 19 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. With two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner and a conservatory that has a south facing garden. The décor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs. Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds
