Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Only a short walk from the famous harbour and beaches of this boho seaside town and only an 8 minute walk from the station with direct services to London and Canterbury.

Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

The house is on a quiet private residential estate. The beach is approximately 100yds away at the end of the road, from where you can experience glorious sunsets, swim and take lovely walks. Whitstable is a relaxing walk along the beach, taking roughly 30 - 40 minutes, or a 5 minute drive. Whitstable offers many attractions to visitors: a range of restaurants and cafes, art galleries, the castle, lots of 'individual' shops and a working harbour.
