CASA MAGNOLIA is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city centre, and only 10 minutes from the bus stop and Sant Sebastià Beach. BCN city is at 45 min by train. The apartment is accessed directly by lift. It features one bedroom with a 150 × 190 cm double bed and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a modern Italian shower). High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!
