The house is an Eco-house with all facilities, solar cells for electricity and an instant gas water heater for warm water. Star-link high speed internet. Bedroom for 2, well equipped kitchenette/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Hotel standard. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Apartman je udaljen od mjesta Sumartin /trajektna luka/2km . Nalazise u kući s više apartmana. Ispod kuće/50m je more. Restoran je iznad i ispod kuće kao i prekrasne plaže. Sadra, žalo ili beton ,ovisi o vašim željama. Nalazimo se na istočnoj strani otoka Brača. Ako se odlučite rezervirati ovaj smještaj , najjednostavniji prevoz je trajektom Makarska-Sumaartin (karte se trebaju kupiti on line i poštivaati točno vrijeme rezervacije).

Das Ferienhaus wurde im Jahr 2022 nach 5 Jahren harter Arbeit und viel Liebe zum Detail fertiggestellt. Das Haus ist mit einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer ausgestattet und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Das Highlight dieser Villa ist das Innere und Äußere. Luxuriöser geht es nicht.

Beachfront, 10 meters from the beach

Entire private (first) floor inside a villa. Four-room apartment, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace and garden. Access to the sea is only a few steps away (about ten meters away). Private terrace is just a few steps away from the crystal clear sea with a beach for swimming and sunbathing. Villa Bifora

Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Our holiday house is located right on the coast of the secluded bay on the island of Brač, just above the beach. The house holds all the facilities of a regular house but it's surrounded by beautiful nature and sea. It's close to Pučišća - a small town with shops, restaurants and coffee bars. It's perfect for a peaceful runaway that can turn into a full day of island cruising anytime you choose to do so.
