A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

Here we have our lovely holiday home to rent on fantastic five star holiday park, Seal Bay Resort in Selsey . We are on West sands, short walk to the complex and beach. Lovely sunny position with parking. Our holiday home offers many home from home features such as washing machine/dryer, dish washer, double oven, 5 burner hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, unlimited wi fi. Bath and shower room plus ensuite toilet and shower to master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with tv's.

There's a fire pit in the garden, a BBQ on the terrace and a balcony with magnificent views over the sea. The space is ideal for family and friends’ get togethers. The large open plan kitchen-dining-living area invites socialising as well as relaxing. The outdoors and interiors merge in this light filled house with french doors opening up to balconies, terraces and front and back gardens.

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Enjoy a cosy stay at our 2 bedroom family cottage in Selsey. Can accommodate 4 people with a double bed in bedroom one and two twin beds or king bed in bedroom two. Close to the beach and the high street, with cafes, shops, restaurants & pubs. 10 minute walk to West Beach or Selsey Beach leading to Oval Beach. Selsey has a great Lifeboat Station and buses every 15 minutes to Chichester. Close to Goodwood Racecourse & Wittering Beaches with the beautiful sandy West Witting Beach.

Seaview

Seaview is a lovely contemporary four bedroom home set close to the seafront at the west beach side of Selsey. The home has recently been refurbished to a high standard featuring modern bathrooms and a lovely back garden with large terrace and BBQ area. The front decking allows for sea views and is furnished with picnic table and seating. The beach promenade is a two minute walk from the house and there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within a twenty minute walk.

Enjoy a cosy stay at this airy, bright top floor flat located on Selsey High Street, near pubs, restaurants and transport links. Sit and watch the world go by from the lounge. The flat is well equipped, has an open-plan lounge-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and large dining table. On a clear day the sea is just visible from the lounge, together with the sails of Medmerry windmill !

Enjoy some time away in this recently refurbished Annexe on the grounds of our home, close to town centre and only a short walk to the beach. Heated indoor pool can be hired at extra cost and subject to availability. Pool hire costs Miimum charge is £20 for upto two swimmers Extra swimmers are £5 each. This is for 1 hour 20 minutes private hire.
