Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Turn of the century "Farm Worker's Cottage" that became part of Tumbarumba as this picturesque little mountain town has grown over the last 100 years. Originally part of the Snowy's farming land holdings, it's now just a short distance from beautiful parklands, Rail Trail, delightful cafes, wineries, trout fishing, & historical walking tracks such as the Hume & Hovell National Trail. With ski fields within easy access, there is something to satisfy every adventure & taste throughout the year.

Little River Lodge - Stunning Rivers & Mountains

BEAUTIFUL FULLY REFURBISHED ACCOMODATION situated by the river and surrounded by the stunning Tumut Valley Mountains. Our home and now lodge is set on a working sheep and cattle farm. Little River Lodge has 2 bathrooms with master ensuite and double shower, 5 bedrooms to sleep 11 and a fully equipped entertainment area including a full sized pool table, outdoor kitchen, lounge, bar and fire pit. Warm, spacious home looking over Lake Eucumbene

Inverary is a warm, comfortable, self contained home beside Lake Eucumbene. We have now installed air-conditioning. Undercover parking provided. Two queen bedrooms upstairs, six singles downstairs. Two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet and basin downstairs. ***Please note that guests are asked to bring their own sheets and towels. We provide doonas, pillows, extra blankets and tea towels for the kitchen but you need to bring your own linen.*** There is no WiFi at the house.

Two Camel B&B 688 Little River Rd, Tumut

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

Our hideaway accommodation, Riversedge at Welaregang, is set on 10 acres and is located on the banks of the Murray River between the Upper Murray region of Victoria and the Southern Riverina area of New South Wales not far from the famous Snowy Mountains. An ideal base if your interest is the snow or brilliant in the warmer months if you like to swim or fish for the legendary murray cod. A birdwatchers paradise and surrounded by wildlife Australia is famous for.

"The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.

Cosy studio in quiet leafy location. Brew a coffee decide what to do with the day. Summer-hike the top of Australia, stroll along the river, mountain bike take it easy or make it hard. Explore the village a leisurely long lunch. Winter-ski, snowboard, snowshoe enjoy the village vibe. Evenings wander to the village a drink a meal strolling home under a sky of a million stars.
