Located just across the esplanade from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Semaphore Roads cafes, restaurants and pubs. A 5 minute walk to bus stops and a 20 minute walk to the train station for easy commute to the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Oval and Royal Adelaide Hospital. Cleaning fee includes additional $20 linen laundry fee.
