Aptly named ‘The Catamaran’, a boat with two hulls that sails as one: the home can be rented as two separate units ,or as a whole house with an adjoining door on the second floor. This rental listing is for one half of the duplex, the front side of the home, which is the ‘Blue’ side. Steps to the sands of Vilano Beach, no need to cross any major roads ! Perfect for families ! Come visit beautiful historic St. Augustine, Florida! Stay in a 2 bedroom apt., 2 blocks from the beach (only 0.2 miles!) The master has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd. room has two twins. Great for families! For added sleeping space, there is a comfy sleeper sofa in the living-room. The apartment sleeps 6 in total. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Livingroom area with tv.
