Cozy Clean -Washer/Dryer-Pet Friendly-Sleeps 3

Small and cozy, everything you need right at hand. Comfy upgraded mattresses, a full kitchen, and plenty of TVs for watching your own streaming apps. A small, private backyard. Perfect place for solo travelers or a couple. Pets are welcome with an additional fee and agreement to pick up all waste. We ask that you please disclose in the reservation if you are bringing a pet. Two beds - maximum three people allowed. You can park right next to the house. Close to town. House sits on the alley.

1 story, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with living room, family & eat in kitchen. In the back yard is a working horse farm / barn (In town Ranch) on 7 acres of pasture. There are horses & kitty cats. This home is near Sky Dive Chicago, Zip Chicago, Starved Rock, Matthiessen, Buffalo Rock, Illini State Parks, the Middle East Conflicts Wall, & the Illinois & Michigan Canal Heritage Corridor. Downtown Ottawa has a beautiful river walk, historic murals, & many restaurants, pubs and brewery.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
