Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im OG ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, das Cheminee im Wohnbereich kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 6 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von dem angrenzenden Balkon gibt es einen traumhaften Blick nach Süden in die Berge.
