Έχει χτιστό διπλό κρεβάτι ,AC, TV, συρταριερα και ντουλάπα. Το μπάνιο έχει ντουζιέρα,ενώ στο κουζινάκι ετοιμάζετε πρωινό (δεν ενδείκνυται μαγείρεμα).Διαθέτει βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, μικρό ηλεκτρικό μάτι,καφετιέρα φίλτρου και ψυγείο.Έχει δική του αυλή με ομπρέλα για το πρωινό σας.

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Newly renovated traditional house in Kato Chora - Serifos. Living room with a kitchen , 2 double beds , bathroom and a private patio. Can accomodate 4 ppl. Really quiet area with residents. Bars and restaurants aprox 5 min walking. Around to everything. There is street parking which is usually available (not guaranteed). Port is 5 minutes drive away or 20’ hike away. The beach only 5 min driving (1,3 km). The bus stop is 2 min away.
