Aqui encontra o Rio Alvoco, que pela configuração das montanhas (em forma de vale), tem águas límpidas e com temperaturas agradáveis a banhos no verão. No inverno pode desfrutar da sua beleza e harmonia. A aldeia fica a cerca de 30m de carro da Torre (ponto mais alto da Serra da Estrela), 30m de Seia e 40m da Covilhã.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Sitio calmo e tranquilo onde se pode apreciar a natureza e observar a fauna local, através de passeios pelo pinhal, ou optar seguir a ribeira até sua nascente. Também pode relaxar na nossa piscina. A cerca de 400 m existe a praia fluvial, que é uma piscina natural, bem como dezenas de praias e lagoas a escassos km's (local mais próximo dos mesmo). Alojamentos totalmente novo, com a traça arquitetónica da região, de madeira e pedra, com todas as condições para uma estadia agradável.

A casa está inserida numa quinta vedada. Tem vista sobre um lago, um pinhal e a Serra da Estrela, numa envolvente natural de grande beleza. Tem as comodidades adequadas para uns dias sossegados, com aquecimento de ar-condicionado e electrico, um frigorífico, um micro-ondas, um pequeno fogão de indução, uma cafeteira elétrica, um liquidificador, um grelhador a gaz e outro a carvão no exterior e máquina de café (cápsulas Delta).
