A “Casa do Tôjo e Rosmaninho” está situada no Rio Fundeiro, junto à Barragem do Castelo do Bode, no Centro de Portugal. É para todos que a conhecem, “um bocadinho de Paraíso”, rico em biodiversidade e com características únicas, que proporciona aos visitantes momentos inesquecíveis de evasão. Reconstruída em 1975 , “ o palheiro do Xabregas“ tornou-se num agradabilíssimo refúgio de férias e fins-de-semana. Da sua varanda, disfruta-se uma vista panorâmica da barragem, absolutamente inesquecível.

Estamos numa localização privilegiada, a poucos minutos das praias fluviais do Mosteiro, Rocas e Poço Corga, das Barragens do Cabril e Bouçã, da Serra da Lousã, da Ribeira das Quelhas e de Fragas de S. Simão. Cidades próximas Coimbra, Pombal e Tomar.

Deze schitterende accommodatie heeft een geheel eigen stijl die gekenmerkt wordt door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen. Het huisje staat op voldoende afstand van het hoofdhuis om volledige privacy te kunnen bieden. De ingang bevindt zich aan de patio, maar het privé terras bevindt zich aan de achterkant waar ook een pad is dat toegang geeft tot het zwembad. Dit pad wordt alleen gebruikt door de huurders van de casinha, en creëert op deze manier, op 1,5 hectare grond, ook een privé tuin.
