La casa, immersa nel centro storico della Città di Amandola, totalmente ristrutturata ed arredata, possiede: 2 accoglienti camere, un bagno con sauna e jacuzzi bali Hamman con Bagno turco, un divano letto davanti al camino (non utilizzabile), un ampio salone con cucina e zona relax, dalla quale potrete godere di un bellissimo panorama sui Monti Sibillini. "Il Gioiello" è dotato di un’ampia cucina arredata e attrezzata con forno ventilato, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero americano.

Abbiamo tre appartamenti separatii che si affacciano sul lago di San Ruffino e su una bellissima vista sui Monti Sibillini. La vista sul lago è accompagnata dal suono degli animali che lo abitano e dalla natura circostante. Il luogo è un'oasi di pace: è adatto per chi è amante della natura e desidera tranquillità. Sono presenti diverse specie di uccelli ed è il luogo ideale per chi ama fotografare. L'alloggio non è dotato di cucina ma è presente un piccolo frigorifero.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Ai piedi del monte San Vicino, su una splendida collina a 420 metri sul livello del mare, in piena tranquillità e facilmente raggiungibile si può godere di una splendida vista a 360 gradi, dai monti Sibillini alla Gola della Rossa. Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.

Casa indipendente in Country House, Casa Ghianda, 60 mq finemente arredato. Abbiamo recuperato tutto i vecchi materiali della casa nella recente ristrutturazione. Una delle camere affaccia su un piccolo terrazzo. All'esterno un'ampia zona privata a disposizione degli ospiti, pergola ombreggiata e barbecue privato. Completa la proprietà una piscina 12x4,5 con portico ombreggiato a disposizione degli ospiti.
