Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Wohnung mit Garten fußläufig zur Cala Romantica

Unsere Ferienwohnung Casa Svea befindet sich in einem ansprechenden Einzelhaus mit 2 Wohneinheiten. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Der große, wunderschön angelegte Garten wird nur durch Sie alleine genutzt. Es gibt vor der Wohnung eine große Terrasse, von der Sie auch das Meer sehen können. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der 400 qm große Garten mit einem kleinen 2,50 x 1,50 m Pool, Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und einer Außendusche. Auch der Pool wird nur von Ihnen genutzt.

Casa de platja Cala Mandia

In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete offene Küche, drei Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten ( Doppelbetten 1,80 x 2,00 m ), zwei Bäder und einen großen Wohnraum der zu beiden überdachten Terrassen zu öffnen ist.

Can Riera está situada en el este de la isla en la tranquila zona residencial de Cala Anguila a 2 Km del puerto de Manacor: Porto Cristo. La casa se encuentra en un vecindario familiar autóctono e internacional. A pie se llega en escasos 3 minutos a las dos calas pequeñas de aguas turquesas y dotadas por acceso peatonal y con coche así como de bar y aseos.
