Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 10 min dal Lago di Braies

L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Haus Oberpauler Morgenstund

Gemütlich sollten die Wohnungen sein, als wir uns 2016 für den Umbau unsere 1848 als Bauernhof errichtete Haus entschieden. Bereits seit den 50er Jahren diente das Haus als Unterkunft für Feriengäste. Durch die teilweise Verwendung des alten Holzes, ist es uns glauben wir gelungen, die wohnliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Vom Balkon geht der Blick nach Westen, über Sexten hinweg nach Innichen und auf dessen Hausberg Haunold. Im Sommer rundet der Sonnenuntergang den Tag ab.

Stadtwohnung unterm Puschtra Himmel

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

La Bachlaufen Haus, a 1310 mt di altitudine, accanto ad un ruscello, è una casa vacanze formata da sei appartamenti ubicati a pochi passi dal centro del Paese e ad 800 metri circa dalla funivia del Monte Elmo (2433 m), da dove partono molteplici piste sciistiche. L'appartamento 2 è molto spazioso e confortevole, composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, una angolo cottura, un balcone e un bagno.

The very spacious apartment offers an ideal starting point for various excursions in the Dolomites. The Pragser Wildsee is for example just around the corner. The center of Welsberg, the grocery store Coop, laundromat ,pizzeria ,coffee shop ,restaurant ,pharmacy ,bank,bike rental ,bus stop and train station are within walking distance in 5-10min.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
