This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Enjoy a fun place to stay while in the area for hunting or other events in and around Seymour. This family friendly home was built in 1912, renovated in 2023, and has two magnificent longhorn steers out back! With a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, you will have all the space you need to relax.

Rustic Red River Retreat

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.

Dale Brisby has opened his warehouse to the public—now you can stay where the action happens! This roomy one-bedroom, one-bath studio sleeps five and sits just 15 feet from the DaleWearHouse. The historic building keeps its original brick walls and modern comforts. You might hear a little morning traffic—it’s just the sounds of small-town Texas waking up!

The Prairie Poolhouse, a perfect 2 bedroom oasis.

The Prairie Poolhouse is a modern oasis that sits on 2 acres. The home was built in 2020 and features high ceilings, beautiful natural light and all the amenities of home. Each room features original art from regional artists and the salt water pool offers a reprieve from the heat of the North Texas sun.
