Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Romantic Cottage with Four-Poster Bed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A converted barn, with stairs to a minstrel-style gallery bedroom with a four-poster bed. Part of a small complex of 5 cottages, The Linhay is set back behind the courtyard, in its own secluded area. Downstairs there is a comfy lounge with log burner and patio doors to a private patio area. A kitchen/diner with full-size cooker, microwave and fridge. Good size downstairs bathroom. Maximum Occupancy 2 persons (sorry no children). No pets.

The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, renowned for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Just minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance & unrestricted parking, plus an on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Nook of the Bay: A Charming One Bed Apartment

The Nook of the Bay is a charming GradeII listed apartment, centrally located just a 10-15 minute stroll up the hill from Torquay’s bustling harbourside, Marina and High Street. The Nook is a historic retreat for those looking for a getaway on the beautiful English Riviera! Once the local Apothecary, the small but perfectly formed space is built with local limestone (making it cool in summer and cosy in winter) and the character shines throughout, offering comfort and style on your holiday!

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation, perfect for a snuggly winter break or summer cabin getaway.

This welcoming, spacious cottage has been lovingly restyled. On one level, it is very peaceful and quiet and set within its own private sunny garden with a lovely decked seating area. It is adjacent to the lake and park - offering fabulous walks on your doorstep. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
