Nestled on Little Oyster Creek in the charming small town of White Stone, is Beacon Bay Getaway. This lighthouse style home is situated on 3 private acres and has 3 water views: the Creek, the Chesapeake Bay and the Rappahannock River all which can be viewed from the wrap @ deck and top observation lookout. Lightwood Forest is in rural Surry County, on the south side of the James River, a short, free car ferry ride from Williamsburg and Jamestown, which runs 24/7, all year.

The Barn at Pond Point - Riverfront Home

The Barn at Pond Point is perfectly situated on the Piankatank River, a salt water arm of the Chesapeake Bay. It shares 19 acres of wooded and waterfront property with the owner's main home. A unique space, Barn was converted from a working horse barn into a residence in the 1980's. With a quarter mile of private, sand beach and a large pool (May-Sept), the Barn is an ideal space for time with family and friends, swimming, hunting for prehistoric shark's teeth, or simply enjoying the view.

Important: NO 3RD PARTY RES. Tiny Red Barn is a labor of love built by us for you on the Diascund Reservoir with water views, wooded trails and sunsets. We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you. Heavily wooded land with rolling trails, birds, deer, squirrels, turtles, chickens, mini donkeys and bees. A large amount of our property sits on the Diascund Reservoir which provides a whole other side of nature. Opened April 1, 2021.

Sunset Retreat is a perfect place for family and friends to visit with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces available for quiet time or group activities. We have, a playground area, cornhole boards, a firepit, kayak's, and a 2-person wide bottom canoe for your enjoyment. We have some life vests at the dock you're welcome to use too. * INTERNET - Country living, you can usually get on FB and such, but streaming, gaming, and watching movies may be hit and miss on the T Mobile internet provider.
