The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

With sweet-smelling poplar walls, the cabin offers a full bed by a picture window, small TV, writer's desk/library, AC, fans, baseboard heat, kitchenette, toilet, sink, outdoor shower (before first frost), small porch, grill, and a fire pit. (No wifi in cabin!) Simple and beautiful.

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. It is 20 miles to Terre Haute for a Walmart superstore and more of a variety of shopping and eateries. It is only 15 miles to Shakamak State Park, if you like hiking or just beautiful scenery. It is located in a nice location and there are 3 gas stations, a Dollar General and a Mexican restaurant right at your fingertips
