Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. VALID PHOTO ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Derby Lake provides plenty of entertainment whether it be fishing, boating or swimming. This home has a private dock and 75 feet of sandy waterfront property!

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes an 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.
