Relax in the hammock under shade trees overlooking the lake or enjoy a nighttime fire at the firepit. A place to settle and recharge. Bathroom is 30 seconds walking from the bunkie. Separated from the main house.

Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

This is truly a spectacular and luxurious accommodation located across from the Welland Canal, central to the town. Newly and completely rebuilt in 2021 with a gated entrance for two cars, and a large second floor patio that is covered and tastefully appointed. The pictures can speak for themselves! This newer 2 bedroom cottage in Evergreen Village is very clean, well maintained, and in a quiet area. It is centrally located near the funplex, sports courts, and between wyldewood beach and the quarry. We have a Golf Cart available for renters to use. Cleaning fee is included. Extra Sherkston fees (pool and registration) are not included. Renters must provide their own linens and towels. MUST BE 25 years old to rent with valid drivers license. NO PARTIES and NO PETS.
