There is a cool tree house next to the house for the kids to enjoy, including a couch and smart tv! This house is located at the end of a dead end street with a creek to the south! Close to downtown Denison, 5 min bike ride to Katy Trail, 3 min drive to Waterloo Lake and Pool, 5 min drive to Downtown, 10 min drive to Lake Texoma.
