Our facility is a retro, traditional house renovated by a host who loves traditional Japanese culture, taking over a wooden house where a family has spent more than 50 years. As a welcome gift, we have prepared a "dagashi (Japanese Traditional snacks) box" which Families with children and groups may love. Around Ikebukuro Station, you can enjoy shopping and the latest Japanese anime culture, good foods, and more! We would be happy if you love the experience in this traditional Japanese house.

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
