Surrounded by picturesque countryside, with quaint country walls and inviting pubs nearby, our newly renovated annexe offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a relaxing getaway. This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or small families.

Hay Loft - Barn

A spacious first floor suite with uninterrupted views across the fields. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A super king bed aids restful sleep with a rain shower en-suite. It benefits from having a small self contained bunk room for the children giving space but having them with you. A very small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Hay Loft is full - look up the Cow Shed.

A hidden gem in the Hampshire Countryside tucked away in a tranquil setting alonside the River Meon, Poggle's Riverside Cabin offers the perfect escape for those seeking peace and relaxation. The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!
