Creative, unique and cozy. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, be warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove or electric space heater and has a outdoor composting toilet and a shared indoor bathroom. Come enjoy the only dome of it's kind in the whole country!

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

A relaxing 1 bdrm country suite that can accomadate more with a daybed and ample space. 15 minutes from the airport, our quiet rural setting is a great spot to rest before or after a flight, use as a base for day adventures like hiking local trails or shopping in nearby Dartmouth(25minutes)/Halifax(30-40minutes). Accommodating up to 6 guests, this open concept, fully equipped cottage is ideal for couples, small families or outdoor enthusiasts any time of year. The airbnb is located 20 minutes outside of Halifax on six-acres with an outdoor fireplace, BBQ and stunning views that overlook Back Bay.
