Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Estupendo apartamento, céntrico en Las Américas

Amplio apartamento, amueblado y bien equipado, ubicado en pleno centro de Las Américas, cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, piscina comunitaria. Tiene acceso para las personas discapacitadas, no hay escaleras; tiene 2 accesos: uno por la calle Victor Zurita Soler donde siempre hay parking público gratis y el otro por la Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina que os lleva hasta Hard Rock Café, Papagayo o la Milla de Oro donde hay los centros comerciales más famosos de la isla: C.C. Safari, C.Oasis.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Sunnyland Bungalow Playa Americas

El apartamento cuenta dos habitaciones. un baño, salón-cocina y una terraza muy espaciosa con mobiliario de exterior, con mesa para comer y sofás para ver la puesta de sol. Hay wifi de alta velocidad y un escritorio con silla para poder trabajar desde el apartamento. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores de pie en las habitaciones. El apartamento está ubicado a pocos metros de Playa Américas, una de las más famosas de la isla por el ambiente que hay tanto de día como de noche.
