This home was custom built in 2022, and is designed to provide comfort, luxury and loads of charm for the discerning vacationer. New construction with a nod to the Nantucket Sea Captain's houses of yesteryear. Professionally decorated and landscaped, offering every amenity you could possibly desire; from an in-ground, heated, saltwater pool (with electric cover), hot tub, outdoor shower, fire-pit, and even a cabana with a sink, refrigerator, and smart TV. Just a 3 min walk to private beach.

Captain's House 1750 In town

Our 1750 house is just over a block from the cobblestones of Main St. and only one block from the harbor. You can walk from the Hy-Line Ferry. At night, just walk home from dinner at any restaurant in town. There are 3 bedrooms (1 has a bunk bed) and two and a half baths. In the morning, walk next door for great coffee and cinnamon muffin. Have a cookout and eat in our small backyard area. Come for a visit! (Restaurants, Buses and Cars can cause some noise FYI) Drip coffee maker/filters too!

"The Cockpit" is a freshly restored historic cottage built in 1899 on a oneway-shelled street with very little traffic. The house has a lovingly tended garden, a front porch, a spacious outdoor shower, and off-street parking. It is just a short walk to Siasconset village, where the Sconset Market and nearby restaurants are situated. Just a three-minute walk to a private beach entrance! Three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, front covered porch, brick patio with table an umbrella.

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Back yard is great for dining, BBQs and entertaining. 1.5 miles to Straight Wharf (Down Town) Short bike ride to Surfside & Miacomet beach or Cisco Brewery and Bartlett farms-great place for lunch.

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.
