Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Highway To Hell

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

This little place is located in the city centre, on the top, 5th floor building without elevator. ...but its worth of climbing, the view is stunning. If you're coming with your car I can lend you my card for a parking lot located 5 minutes from my building.

Rosa is apartment 47m2+private balcony 4m2 in the building with a view on the sea channel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor (if you need to get luggage and bags I'll help, and carry them up for you) from center old town walking distance 15-20 minute. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). All furniture is made of the natural materials, linen, towels and the rest canavas are made of cotton.

U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
