Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Über die naheliegende Autobahn erreicht man den Parkplatz der Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn und auch den Ossiacher See in ungefähr 15 Minuten. In die Villacher Innenstadt fährt man auch etwa 15 Minuten. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Und sowohl ein Billa als auch ein Adeg sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Rundum das schöne Kärntner Seengebiet gibt es eine Vielzahl an Aktivitäten.
