Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt an der Langlauloipe und in der Nähe der Ski-Talstation Furtschellas in einer ruhigen Häusergruppe aus den 70er Jahren. Das Dorfzentrum und die Busstation sind zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Studio liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und eine eigene Terrasse auf der die Abendsonne genossen werden kann.
