This brand new tiny home studio has it all including a well stocked full kitchen and bath, with two twin beds in a peaceful neighborhood close to the university (1 mi.), downtown 1.5 mi.), and the hospital (3 mi.).

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. The Lodge is set on an acre for you and your family to enjoy with a grill, fire pit and outside activities. There are miles of ATV trails with access right from the property!! At the base of Boston Hill (a mile square conservation land with beautiful trails and views, we’re a short walk away from WNMU and it’s Mimbres pottery museum and saltwater pool.
