Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Guests staying at Chez Nous, will be able to take in all that the property has to offer from the outdoor space on the terrace with garden and sea view. Located in a quiet residential area. The bedroom is spacious for 2 guests and has direct access to a full bathroom without the use of any stairs/steps. Private Garden Area

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.

Azenhas do Mar Studio

A cosy studio home at Azenhas do Mar, Sintra, Unesco World Heritage Cultural Landscape. It's at 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Has a wonderful view to the sea at the large terrace. Lisbon is 30 minutes driving distance and 15 to all Sintra palaces, monuments and castles. Wifi 4G portable available upon prior request. Private parking. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa & tv and a bathroom; PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO KITCHEN.

Studio Ocean Drive

Ocean Drive (36m²) comprises of an open sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200), a kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker and fridge, a bathroom with shower, heating, smart TV. It furthermore includes a dining table, a large outside terrace/patio overlooking the pool. Guests may make use of the outside BBQ, the OFYR outdoor cooking, Wood fired (pizza) oven, basket field, pool and the outdoor bar. Excellent Internet connection (320Mbps). Work table and chair available.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

Quinta na Esquina used to be a vacation home and then an event center for many years. Today it is our family's home. In addition to renovating the home, we've spent the past few years slowly but surely converting the land to a productive family farm. We are a quick ten minute drive to the historic center of Sintra and about a fifteen minute drive to popular beaches such Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs, and Praia do Magoito.
