Our Cozy Cape Cod cottage is tucked away in the woods, within walking distance to Bakers Pond in Orleans, MA, Nickerson State Park, 4.5 miles from Nauset Beach, 2 miles from Skaket Beach and minutes to Main St. Orleans. Features: EV charger, large deck, roomy outdoor shower, private backyard, full kitchen, dining area, two wall mounted AC units, private laundry, beach supplies. Please be advised that there is a spiral staircase which might not be suitable for some guests.

Classic little Cape cottage in an ideal location. Less than ten minute drive to amazing ponds and bayside or ocean beaches. Views of the harbor from the large sunny deck with attached outdoor shower. Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Relax and kick your feet up. Enjoy nature from your own deck (abutting wooded conservation land). Spacious and centrally-located. Only 2.5 mi. to Nauset Beach (ocean) and 3 mi. to Skaket Beach (bay). Five minute walk to town to enjoy great restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boutiques, access to Rail Trail (bike path), farmers market, Firebirds baseball games, galleries and more. Also, boat rentals/charters and golf nearby!

This is a secluded romantic getaway that is tucked back in the corner on our historic 9 acre cranberry bog and adjacent pond. Enjoy private pond access. Boats and fishing gear available for your enjoyment. The Nest tiny home is built Eco-Friendly and compliments the natural environment to give you and immersive feel.

2 BD Suite Mayflower Beach & Dennis Village

This newly renovated, tastefully decorated 2nd floor suite is equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. During warmer months, a grill, fire-pit, ping pong table and bikes are available upon request. Located 1/4 mile off historic Rt 6A on Beach Street. Walking distance to Dennis Village Shops and top-rated restaurants. The house is 1 mile to beautiful Mayflower Beach.

Jolly Captain Lighthouse

Ever wanted to stay in a lighthouse?! Well this your opportunity. The Jolly captain lighthouse was originally built in 1960 and recently renovated in 2024-2025. Including breathtaking views of Bass River. Access to community pool is available. In addition, dock slip is available for additional cost. Please contact host privately for additional information.
