Unique cabin in Vik - Studio cabin A

This is a cabin in a row of 4, each cabin only sleeps 2 persons, please respect that. Each cottage is 28 m2 and has private entrance. This cabin is a studio,. i.e the bed, dining and kitchen area are all in one room with no walls. There is a bathroom is separate, with a wc and a shower. There is a small kitchenette (stove and a fridge) and dining facility. There is wifi and TV. Those are brand new cabins that were just finished in the spring 2019. The kitchenette has a fridge and a stove.

Hvammból Guesthouse is a small family run company. We rent out four studio apartments, which all have their own entrance, and a small porch where our guests can enjoy the beautiful view. Dyrhólaey is only 5 minutes drive away, and other nature attractions, like The black sand beach, Mýrdalsjökull glacier and Skógafoss waterfall are only short distance away.

The Shed is perfect for families or two couples travelling together. It is a great base for travelling around the south of Iceland with a selection of self-drive tours you can do e.g. the Golden Circle, The South Coast, Þjórsárvalley, etc. There are also many tour companies operating in this area.
