This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Nestled on the edge of the Cleveland Way is where you'll find Field View just a short drive to the coastal towns of Saltburn-By-The-Sea and Whitby or the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors with places like Goathland where Heartbeat was filmed, Staithes to name but a few. We are dog friendly. There is a local pub called the Miners Arms just around the corner, or if you prefer the high street is only a short drive where you'll find pubs and cafes, some are also dog friendly so worth checking out.

The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.
