Απέχει 80μ από παραλία με υπέροχη θέα, Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πάρκα, μαρίνα, εστιατόρια, μινι μαρκετ, καφετερια,. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.
