Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Relax listening to the creek and waterfall. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are less than 10 minutes from downtown Clayton. The charming city has shops, coffee, restaurants, a brewery and Wander North Georgia. Explore a bit farther out to Tallulah Gorge, Black Rock Mountain, Lake Burton and Tiger. Cabin has 1 bedroom and a loft with more beds. Full kitchen and laundry. The cabin is perfect for a family, one or two couples, or friends seeking a Highlands getaway. Situated about 6 minutes from downtown Highlands and 15 minutes to Cashiers. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit, explore nearby waterfalls and hiking trails or checkout local restaurants and shops. The cabin is pet-friend!

The Perch

Our charming and private cottage is perfect for your Blue Ridge retreat! This 1950s cabin has been fully updated but retains its quaint midcentury mountain charm. Minutes from the amenities of Cashiers, Highlands, and Lake Glenville, you'll be treated to lake and mountain views, a spacious front porch, a backyard fire pit, a vintage wood-burning stove, and a cozy bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you'll need to prepare meals as well as coffee appliances.

This cabin is close to Western Carolina University ( about 4 miles), Cullowhee, Sylva and Cashiers, NC. You’ll love this home because of the views, the coziness, woodburning fireplace, firepit, convenience and unique decorations ( I call it the museum in honor of my grandparents). In addition to two bedrooms, there are bunk beds in the loft for the kids. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Fire wood provided for the fireplace. Pullout sofa bed couch adds 2 more sleeping spots bringing total parole to 8.

Nearby hiking, fishing, white water rafting, scenic drives, and more. Or stay at the cabin and enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. North Georga is an adventure waiting for you!
