Buitenhuysje de Roos is recent helemaal vernieuwd en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Het huisje is klein maar fijn, circa 55m2 en heeft 3 slaapkamers. In 2022 is ons huisje verbouwd, met een nieuwe badkamer, keuken en gietvloer. Er is een haard en fijne houten veranda, waar je heel privé zit, met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5 min. rijd je naar Bergen of Schoorl, waar je supermarkten, leuke winkels en horeca vindt. De duinen en het bos zijn op loopafstand en op de fiets ben je in 20 min op het strand.

Overnachten bij ons is een unieke ervaring die breng je tot rust en laat je proeven de essentie van de natuur. Oude toegangspoorten en hofjes maken dit tot een perfect geheel. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld douchen in een designbadkamer met waterdicht behang van Wall & Deco. De fraaie stalen modulekeuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en apparatuur van Smeg.

From the house and the hot tub there is a view of the bulb fields, so you can optimally enjoy the daffodils, hyacinths and tulips in the area. Go out on your bike, visit a picking garden or spend a day at the beach, 8 minutes by car and with free parking.

Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.
