Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Cozy 3 Bedroom, minutes from the beach & downtown

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

Affordable In-Law Apartment in Brooklyn, CT

This is a great in-law style apartment which was fully renovated in 2020. It can be booked for short stays or more lengthy visits to Northeast CT. The apartment is one minute from Scenic route 169 and Route 6. It is 30 minutes to UCONN and ECSU. We are close toThe Pomfret School/Rectory School. It is 35 mins to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. My place is rural and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Location, Location, Location! THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!! This is a great Thames Street location that carries a "94" walk score. The house is close enough to walk to the Brick Alley Pub in 6 mins, Bowen's Wharf in 8 mins, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet back yard. We will be very accessible if there are any problems or issues. Thanks for looking and we look forward to hosting you! Sleeps 8 and has off street parking for 3-4 cars!

Come be our guest in South County R.I.
